The room is spacious with a balcony and a comfortable queen bed, and the breakfast is excellent.

Clean place & cooperative staff at night shift. Fashionable and neat room and good bathroom with hairdryers, a bidet, and bath sheets. Wonderful view over street. Early check-in, parking outside. The ambience was quiet.

No where did I see the words best western! False advertisement for a western cultural that has grown accustom to the reputable brand. Spent too much time looking for the hotel and finally called for directions and come to find out it was the hotel we were looking for. The room was ok but not really as clean as it could have been. (Nasty thing of hair in the bathroom and little gross black stuff in shower).

This spot has a great location, just a stone's throw away from the new metro station and nearby City Center. 🚇 the night staff here are super respectful and friendly. It's a peaceful and convenient place to stay.

Good location, we where not far from Riyad. Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with a balcony, wider space plus queen bed and got it upon arrival. The vibe here was quiet.

The size of the rooms

It is not a Best Western. Nothing in the Hotel indicates it is part of the International chain. Even the outside signage says "Orchid" only. Please confirm next time before publicizing on your site.

The room itself is ok.

No taxidriver knows location of this hotel. Within 3 nights staying they did not even clean the room once. Any request to the reception takes ours. Within the first 2 nights they didnot manage to get internet in room working, once they even send a cleaning guy without knowledge to try. Third day I changed the room but nevertheless they kept strictly not to clean my room.

I enjoyed my stay here in a double room with modern conveniences like a fridge, sitting area, and writing table, and the atmosphere was peaceful.

Simple, comfortable.

No buffet diner. Juices at breakfast are awful. I think it is powder and water. Very acid. Generally the breakfast is poor. Yoghourt are not kept in ice or in fridge.

The service was good with convenient parking, the spacious room had pleasant decor and a peaceful atmosphere thanks to the helpful staff.

Upon checkout, one of my business partners amex card was denied by the desk staff stating that amex was not accepted at the hotel. The desk staff did not handle the situation in an amicable manner.

Good location and price.

Staff do not seem to have good experience.
